The Neutral K9 Policies

Neutral K9 - Kylee Hintz charges a deposit for scheduled services.

Neutral K9 - Kylee Hintz does not refund for services after they have been rendered, nor do we refund deposits. As a customer, you are reserving and paying for a timed session that we may not be able to fill once the time slot has been reserved.

Neutral K9 - Kylee Hintz may offer credit for a service if the service you paid for was not rendered for reasons on their behalf. 

Neutral K9 - Kylee Hintz has the right to refuse a customer service for ANY reason.

Standard Policy for Participation

All dogs participating in services at Neutral K9 must adhere to our code of ethics.

"My pet will not infringe on the rights of others."

Dogs must not come into uninvited contact with other handlers, dogs, vehicles, or other pets.

All pets must be leashed at all times unless in an authorized place to do so.

By participating in our services, you agree to these terms. 

Owners will bring treats and poop bags to their sessions, and clean up after their pet.

Owners will keep their pet current on vaccinations, worming, and grooming requirements.

Canine Health Policy

Neutral K9 - Kylee Hintz reserves the right to turn away dogs showing signs of illness or signs of being unwell. We require all dogs current on all core vaccinations including rabies. For board and train, you must have a recent and clear fecal as well as meeting our other requirements. We recommend having a solid plan for deworming your dog with your vet. Pet owners assume the risk of illness and injury by partaking in any and all activities with their dog, public or private. Pet owners also acknowledge that illness or reinfestation of parasites can happen anywhere. Neutral K9 - Kylee Hintz and any helpers or affiliates are not responsible for injury or illness. We pride ourselves on the standard of care we provide to you and your pet while in our facility. Safety and cleanliness is a priority and standard at Neutral K9.

Cancellation Policy

• If you no call no show your appointment, we will not refund your deposit for that service.
• Customers may show up no more than 5 minutes early to their appointment due to other appointments. There are no refunds or service credits for a cancellation.  
• We will not reserve your appointment without a deposit. Exclude one on one sessions. 
• Neutral K9 relies heavily on our ability to make our customers happy. If you have questions or concerns we are always available to chat! Just send us a text or email.
