About Us
Meet the Owner
Meet Kylee! My name is Kylee Hintz and I founded Neutral K9 in 2023. I am a certified AKC CGC Evaluator (#106485), certified AKC ATT Evaluator (#112825). I am current on my canine First Aid and CPR certification. I grew up practicing animal husbandry, eventually relying on pet care as my income in 2016.
"Neutral" came from the term "neutrality". Neutrality is a staple in canine structure!
I participate in AKC Obedience, AKC Rally, AKC Conformation, and training for protection sport. I own Belgian Malinois and raise Basset Hounds at Chateau Velours AKC Basset Hound kennel in Kapowsin, WA.
If you scroll around on my socials, you'll see I wear more hats than just sport competition. I raise future law enforcement K9s for nonprofit Working Dogs Oregon, adhering to a standard of training and exercise at elite standards for the program dogs. My puppy raising skills have contracted me with many reputable breeders in the United States. Scroll our site, you will find available prospects!
Enough about me, I want to learn about you! Contact me, and let's see if we're a good fit for each other.
